We're seeking a Product/Growth Marketer to join our innovative team and drive product launches and growth initiatives. You'll work directly with engineering teams to develop key personas, positioning, and messaging while creating compelling content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product positioning and messaging for new features and products
• Create high-impact copy for landing pages, launch emails, and social media
• Develop and manage email marketing and affiliate programs
• Design and implement marketing collateral and sales materials
• Work autonomously on channel-specific growth initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of growth/marketing experience in fast-growing companies or entrepreneurial ventures
• Excellence in copywriting and content creation
• Strong product marketing capabilities with deep customer understanding
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or SQL
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product launches
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality

Bonus Skills:

• Expertise in specific marketing channels (cold email, SEO, affiliate management, performance marketing)
