Requirements

• Proven real estate photography and videography experience
• Proficiency in flambient and bracketed shooting techniques
• Ability to shoot 4K 60fps video with gimbal and drone
• Willingness to adapt and incorporate feedback
• Enthusiasm for travel and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong efficiency in content delivery and uploading
• Excellent communication skills

Required Equipment

• Modern digital/mirrorless camera (20+ megapixels) with 4K 60fps video capability
• Wide-angle lens (14-15mm) and zoom lens (24-70mm)
• Current-generation drone with 4K 60fps capability
• Tripod and gimbal for stabilization
• Computer with high-speed internet access
• Valid FAA Part 107 Drone License
