Role Overview
We're seeking a Data Scientist to spearhead analytics and operations for our paid marketing initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in scaling our digital and traditional marketing channels while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing measurement strategy through attribution modeling and incrementality testing
- Develop and optimize dynamic LTV models for B2B and B2C segments
- Create intuitive dashboards and reporting systems
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage MarTech stack implementation and marketing automation systems
Requirements
- Proven track record driving business growth through paid marketing in software
- Experience building marketing measurement frameworks
- Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI tools, dbt, Google Tag Manager)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
Preferred:
- Technical ability to work with codebase
- B2C/B2B business model experience
- MarTech stack implementation experience
