Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute innovative global integrated campaign strategies supporting Docker's growth objectives
- Lead multi-channel campaign planning across digital advertising, email, events, content marketing, social media, and ABM
- Manage a high-performing team of campaign managers with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
- Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and experimentation
- Align closely with Revenue, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless strategy execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with integrated campaign expertise
- Proven track record of developing global marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
- Analytical mindset with ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
