Marketing Operations Manager, Integrations

We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to drive API integrations and elevate our Martech stack in Singapore. As part of the global Marketing Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in adopting modern AI tools to improve effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between platforms and our marketing automation tool
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated platforms
• Deploy programs using our marketing automation tool
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security policies
• Stay updated on API features, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) in B2B
• Track record of building reliable API integrations
• Strong understanding of Martech stack and Marketing effectiveness
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven orientation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adaptability

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools like Workato or Zapier
• Adobe Marketo Engage certification and basic SQL skills
