Senior Partner Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives with our partners. In this role, you'll drive co-marketing campaigns and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our partners' goals and Deel's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies
• Create marketing collateral tailored for partner marketing programs
• Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners
• Develop joint value propositions and messaging
• Execute go-to-market plans with partners
• Collaborate on partner enablement initiatives
• Track and analyze partner marketing program performance
• Manage relationships with key partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles
• Proven track record in partner marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales cycles, and partner ecosystems
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferred)
