Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google
• Manage campaign performance to achieve LTV:CAC goals
• Rapidly test and iterate creative assets with design team
• Conduct daily performance monitoring and data analysis
• Identify and develop strategic growth channels

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing paid UA campaigns
• Proven track record optimizing campaign performance
• Expert in campaign data analysis and A/B testing
• Strong creative collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
