Marketing Coordinator

Photobooth Supply Co. empowers entrepreneurs and event professionals with a proven, profitable photo booth business. We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience coordinating marketing projects and events, with strong organizational skills and proactive communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and track team KPIs, capacity, and project priorities
  • Manage ClickUp system for marketing projects
  • Ensure on-time delivery of marketing projects
  • Facilitate contractor projects and attend meetings
  • Pull and summarize reports from various systems
  • Support campaign reporting and performance monitoring
  • Assist with content distribution across platforms
  • Manage trade show planning, execution, and budgets
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing
  • Update SOPs and manage invoices/contracts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing coordination
  • Proven track record managing workloads and projects
  • Experience planning trade shows and conferences, including international events
  • Proficiency in project management tools (preferably ClickUp)
  • Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Business
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis and insight generation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Proficiency in various online tools (GSuite, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Miro, etc.)
  • Located on the US West Coast, available 8:30am-5:30pm PT

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of content distribution strategies
  • Familiarity with updating and maintaining SOPs
