Content Manager

We're seeking a Content Manager to join our Brand team who can help build our Human Transformation Management (HTM) category. You'll create strategic content that connects with C-level executives, leverages our science-backed approach, and positions BetterUp as an essential partner for sustained peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content
• Create engaging short-form content for web, social, events, and sales channels
• Manage content library and conduct quarterly audits
• Analyze and report on content performance across all channels
• Identify real-time content opportunities based on market trends

Social Media Management:

• Drive strategy and execution of social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
• Develop compelling thought leadership content for executive audiences
• Coordinate with PR/Comms to elevate executive presence on social platforms
• Engage with industry leaders and academics to grow brand awareness
• Enable employee advocacy and social engagement

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with marketing leaders and key departments
• Manage projects through Asana with clear deliverables and timelines
• Stay current on product developments and customer insights
• Work independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
