What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to help us revolutionize the translation technology landscape in the UK/Ireland market. You'll be a key player in building our business pipeline through strategic lead generation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads across multiple channels (email, social, telephone)
  • Manage territory relationships and collaborate with Account Executive team
  • Achieve monthly meeting and sales targets
  • Execute high-activity outreach strategies
  • Generate excitement about DeepL's B2B product suite
  • Accurately track sales activities in Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team environment

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Fluency in English and German
  • 6+ months successful sales experience (preferably in SaaS)
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Growth mindset with ability to give and receive feedback
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about technology sales
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
