Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead Role

We're seeking a strategic marketer to drive customer growth and maximize value through targeted cross-sell and upsell strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer expansion through email and in-product messaging
  • Develop standardized communication touchpoints across marketing and post-sales teams
  • Collaborate with product, marketing operations, and brand teams to create engaging content
  • Refine in-product messaging strategy while maintaining exceptional user experience
  • Drive alignment and understanding through comprehensive reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years Lifecycle Marketing experience, including 3+ years B2B customer retention
  • Expert in omni-channel campaign development and measurement
  • Proficient in customer communication platforms like Intercom and Pendo
  • Strong data analysis and strategic insights skills
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and project management tools
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
