With office hubs across major cities and a team of 250+ employees, we're seeking a Senior Video Creative to join our dynamic organization.

As Senior Video Creative, you'll lead our video marketing initiatives from conception to delivery, creating compelling content that elevates our brand, showcases our products, and resonates with our audience. You'll work both independently and manage teams while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive video marketing strategies
• Plan and produce high-quality content including:
  • Product marketing videos
  • Feature showcases
  • Webinar interviews
  • Customer spotlight stories
  • Leadership content
  • Video ads
  • Sales support reels
• Establish video and motion style guidelines
• Manage set design and in-office studio setup
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors
• Optimize video production workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of video production or video marketing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects
• Expert storytelling and product marketing skills
• Proficiency in video production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Figma)
• Experience managing video production crews
• Excellence in project management
• Strong visual storytelling abilities
• Experience with in-office production spaces
• Knowledge of industry trends
• Degree/diploma in Film, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
