Key Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM channels
• Execute integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and targeted marketing
• Manage paid media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and Reddit
• Design nurture programs to guide prospects through buyer journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and lead quality
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in growth marketing with digital advertising focus
• 5+ years managing digital marketing programs (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Experience mentoring demand generation teams
• Strong analytics and project management skills
• Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities
