We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth initiatives during this crucial expansion phase. You'll work with our experienced marketing team to scale our customer acquisition efforts and deliver on ambitious growth targets through performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Ramp's Google and Bing Search advertising channels to drive revenue and SQL growth
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks for campaign optimization and scaling
  • Monitor full-funnel performance metrics from ad frequency to conversion rates
  • Collaborate with analytics and technical teams on data integration
  • Work with creative teams to improve campaign performance
  • Share performance marketing insights and trends with the growth team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing at a high-growth tech company
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Self-driven problem-solver with high degree of autonomy
  • Creative thinking and ability to challenge assumptions
  • Passion for building solutions and understanding customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and team-first mentality
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels
