Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our Femia team and drive our mission of enhancing global health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and generate growth hypotheses through competitor analysis and team collaboration
• Work closely with design, marketing, development, and analytics teams
• Analyze and optimize purchase funnels for mobile and web apps
• Conduct A/B tests throughout the funnel
• Analyze user needs and behavior to implement valuable website insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital product marketing experience in IT companies (Web, Mobile, CRM)
• B2C product experience
• Proven track record in A/B testing for web or mobile products
• Proficiency in analytics systems (Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.)
• Experience in technical team management
• Strong background in product and marketing metrics optimization
• Understanding of various monetization models

Preferred Qualifications

• Mobile applications experience
• Copywriting skills
