Field & Events Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Field & Events professional to drive our conference and trade show strategy, managing end-to-end event campaigns that generate leads and pipeline for our rapidly growing fintech platform.

Responsibilities

Own third-party event strategy and execution
Manage full event campaign lifecycle from vetting to post-event analysis
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Generate and track lead pipeline
Provide onsite event management (multiple quarterly travels)

Requirements

2+ years demand generation experience in tech
Expert event marketing skills
Strong project and budget management
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
Comfortable traveling multiple times per quarter
