Integrated Campaign Manager

We're seeking an experienced Integrated Campaign Manager to drive our demand generation and growth initiatives, working closely with our Product Marketing, Web, Content, Operations, Analytics, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with target audiences and ICPs
  • Manage campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, and ABM strategies
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution from planning to optimization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Content team to develop compelling marketing assets
  • Align with Sales teams on campaign objectives and account-specific strategies
  • Work with Product team to optimize user journey campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on workflow optimization and reporting

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Provide insights for improving engagement and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B testing to drive continuous improvement

Growth Initiatives

  • Support product-led and sales-led growth strategies
  • Ensure campaign integration with broader GTM initiatives
  • Develop innovative tactics through retargeting, partnerships, and co-marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in integrated campaign management or growth marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred)
  • Proven success driving results through multi-channel campaigns
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science (advanced degree a plus)
