Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Deel's IT products. This role will be instrumental in developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging, and enabling our sales teams to succeed with our IT product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue targets
• Create differentiated product positioning and messaging
• Design and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Produce sales enablement materials and training resources
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Advocate for customer needs in product development

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, infosec/HR tech
• Knowledge of domestic payroll processes and compliance (plus)
• Strong positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution skills
• Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
