As a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of funnel dynamics, data analysis, and process optimization, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing leads and driving growth for our rapidly expanding fintech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize Marketing and Sales funnel performance using data analytics tools
- Identify and address inefficiencies to improve lead retention and stage progression
- Implement standardized processes for lead management across Marketing and Sales teams
- Create regular reports with actionable insights for senior management
- Train team members on funnel management best practices
- Oversee Marketing automation, AI technology, and CRM systems
- Stay informed about the latest trends in funnel management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or funnel management at a B2B tech company
- Strong problem-solving and data management skills
- Experience in designing and implementing lead management processes
- Knowledge of B2B Sales processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of the customer journey
- Certifications in Marketing automation platforms and basic SQL skills (preferred)
