Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to spearhead our enterprise go-to-market strategy. You'll drive account-based marketing initiatives while aligning product messaging and sales enablement to accelerate our enterprise segment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-focused positioning and messaging across key verticals and geographies
• Design and execute multi-channel ABM strategies for high-value accounts
• Create cross-sell campaigns to expand Deel's footprint within existing enterprise accounts
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align GTM strategies
• Track and optimize ABM campaign performance using key metrics
• Enhance enterprise buyer journey through personalized experiences
• Monitor industry trends and maintain competitive intelligence

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise product marketing experience with ABM program success
• Proven ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Track record of successful Sales partnerships and GTM strategy execution
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• HR, payroll, or compliance technology experience a plus
