We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Creator to drive our digital engagement strategy. This role combines creative video production, community management, and customer education into a comprehensive content development position.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-impact B2B video content including product tutorials, feature announcements, and thought leadership pieces
• Lead weekly webinars and group discovery calls targeting customers and enterprise prospects
• Develop and maintain our online Academy on Circle platform
• Moderate community interactions and support customer success initiatives
• Create complementary written content across blogs, tutorials, and social media
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging multimedia content
