Secure the internet and protect consumer data with Vanta, a dynamic company revolutionizing digital trust. We're seeking a creative and strategic Webinar Manager to drive our Growth Marketing team's demand generation efforts through compelling virtual events and international webinar programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute 6-10 high-quality webinars quarterly across NAMER and EMEA
• Manage full event production cycle including partner/speaker identification, promotion, and follow-up
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content teams to develop engaging event topics
• Track performance indicators and conduct post-event analysis
• Repurpose webinar content across multiple formats

Requirements

• 3-5 years of digital event management experience
• Proven track record of successful webinar/virtual event programs
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Proficiency in webinar platforms (Zoom preferred), marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
