We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and shape Humaans as the preferred HRIS solution for Mid-Market companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content marketing strategy and execution, including blogs, white papers, and case studies
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance search visibility
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- Own social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals
Requirements
- 4-6 years B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Data-driven approach combined with creative thinking
- Outstanding copywriting and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving measurable results
- Strong listening and stakeholder management abilities
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

The role is based in our Central London office (Chancery Lane), with in-person collaboration Tuesdays through Thursdays.
