Senior Creative Producer

We're seeking a Freelance Senior Creative Producer for December and January to drive our creative innovation and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support:

• Develop and implement marketing creative strategies across Facebook, TikTok, and Google
• Transform insights into audience-focused actions
• Implement innovative tools and frameworks to enhance creative output

Creative Excellence:

• Generate fresh, user-centric creative ideas and write briefs
• Analyze UA results and creative performance metrics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Mentor team members and share best practices

Management:

• Oversee end-to-end creative production
• Manage workload and prioritize effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Creative Producer or similar role
• Proven expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google advertising
• Experience in UGC and storytelling content creation
• Track record of exceeding performance benchmarks
• Strong background in performance marketing and analytics
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Team development and mentoring abilities
• Confident presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English

Plus Factors:

• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• AI tools proficiency (Midjourney, ChatGPT)
• Health and fitness industry awareness
• Experience with subscription-based apps
• Passion for wellness and health tech

This freelance position offers flexible working hours and location, with options to work remotely or relocate to our hubs in Cyprus, Poland, or Spain.
