Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

EvenUp, a rapidly growing generative AI startup empowering personal injury victims, seeks a data-driven Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to revolutionize demand generation and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM channels
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, and events
• Manage paid media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
• Design nurture programs to guide prospects through buyer journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
• Track and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights
• Stay ahead of industry marketing trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in growth marketing, with emphasis on digital advertising
• 5+ years managing paid advertising programs (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Experience mentoring demand generation teams
• Strong analytics and project management skills
• Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities
