Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive outbound prospecting strategies
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to optimize sales processes and pipeline growth
  • Coach SDRs to exceed performance metrics and develop future sales leadership potential

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading sales development teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling SDR teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of sales development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales enablement experience
  • Familiarity with sales automation and CRM tools
  • Background in fast-paced tech startup environments
