Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive outbound prospecting strategies
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to optimize sales processes and pipeline growth
- Coach SDRs to exceed performance metrics and develop future sales leadership potential
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading sales development teams
- Proven track record of building and scaling SDR teams in high-growth environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of sales development workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales enablement experience
- Familiarity with sales automation and CRM tools
