Head of Patient Marketing

We're looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Director to lead our patient marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive strategies for patient acquisition and retention. You'll manage a substantial marketing budget, optimize existing programs, and launch new initiatives while working closely with patient strategy, operations, and product teams to drive scalable growth across multiple states and therapy types.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with DTC focus
• 8+ years of growth marketing experience across paid and owned channels
• 6+ years of leadership experience building teams
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Proven track record in marketing strategy development
