Demand Generation Manager

We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team, driving LILT's story and voice globally. This hybrid position will be based in either our Emeryville, CA or Indianapolis, IN offices, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation and Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, webinars, SEO, and PPC
• Promote content including eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and infographics
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Manage website content and SEO optimization
• Report campaign performance and provide strategic insights to senior management

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of LILT, our value proposition, technology, and the translation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in marketing strategy and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of AI landscape and enterprise sales
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
