The Role

We're seeking a strategic Senior Community Marketing Manager to lead our community initiatives and shape our Web3 presence. Working remotely (Pacific Time zone), you'll develop comprehensive growth strategies, foster user engagement, and build vibrant crypto communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-driven community growth strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of community managers
• Create engaging content campaigns, AMAs, and educational programs
• Analyze community metrics and provide strategic insights
• Build partnerships with key community ambassadors and projects
• Establish best practices for community engagement
• Serve as the voice of the community in cross-functional discussions

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management (2+ years in senior role)
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3
• Proven track record of driving community growth and engagement
• Strong team management and cross-functional leadership experience
• Expert knowledge of community analytics and reporting tools
• Excellence in relationship building with influencers and partners
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
