We're seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Generalist to join our dynamic team in an early-career role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring KPI alignment and providing optimization insights
• Manage relationships with content creators while maintaining brand guideline compliance
• Launch and optimize creative campaigns using platforms like Taboola
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Looker and Amplitude
• Take ownership of marketing initiatives with a focus on revenue growth

Requirements

• Motivated mindset with some marketing or related field experience
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
• Familiarity with marketing tools (Taboola, Looker, Amplitude) is a plus
• Adaptable approach with quick learning capabilities
