Working Student - Influencer Marketing

For our Working Student role, we offer flexible scheduling regarding working hours and in-office attendance to accommodate your university timetable, class attendance, and exam periods.

We’re now looking for a highly motivated Working Student to support the scaling of our influencer partnerships. You will be crucial in the day-to-day execution of our Influencer User Acquisition channel, focusing on outreach, negotiation, and supporting performance analysis. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced UA environment, directly contributing to our growth targets.

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Operational Automation: Help build and improve tools that scale influencer outreach and deal evaluation using n8n, Hex, and Amplitude.

• Influencer Scouting: Actively research and prospect new influencers that align with our brand and performance goals, identifying high-potential collaborators.

• Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Under the guidance of the Influencer Marketing Manager, manage the initial outreach and support the negotiation process with new partners (influencers and smaller agencies) to secure favorable, performance-focused deals.

• Performance Reporting Support: Regularly compile campaign data and assist in preparing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, conversion rates, and volume, learning to spot trends and areas for optimization.

• Market Trend Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends across key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and competitor activities to suggest fresh, relevant content ideas.

• Administrative Support: Maintain and update our influencer CRM/database, ensuring all partner details, contracts, and payment information are accurate and organized.

What You’ll Bring 💡

• Passion for learning and using AI tools to optimize and scale operations.

• Current Enrolment: Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).

• Passion for Social Media: A genuine interest in the creator economy, social media trends, and how brands use influencers for growth.

• Analytical Curiosity: Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and a desire to work with data to understand campaign performance. Experience with basic reporting is a plus.

• Proactive & Hands-On: A self-starter who is keen to take ownership of tasks and dive into the day-to-day operational work required to scale a UA channel.

• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) to manage international outreach.
