Dandy is revolutionizing the $200B dental industry by building an innovative technology platform that simplifies and integrates dental practice operations. We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our email, SMS, and direct mail marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email, SMS, and direct mail campaign strategies
• Create data-driven marketing campaigns targeting SMB and Enterprise customers
• Manage automated workflows, trigger-based campaigns, and A/B testing
• Optimize channel performance through advanced segmentation and personalization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and promotional strategies
• Establish KPIs, track performance, and generate actionable insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
• Expert proficiency in Marketo and email marketing at scale
• Strong analytical mindset with proven track record in data-driven marketing
• Experience in B2B software or tech company preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
