We're seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager- B2B Partnerships to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that generate demand among payers, brokers, employers, health systems, and primary care providers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns
Foster long-term client relationships
Position Rula as a leader in mental healthcare technology
Collaborate across Commercial, Product, and Account Delivery teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years B2B Growth Marketing/Lead Gen experience
3+ years Account Based Marketing campaign experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong digital marketing channel expertise
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms
Ability to translate complex solutions into compelling messaging
Data-driven analytical approach
