We're seeking a Senior Video Creative to lead our video marketing initiatives and craft compelling content that elevates our brand, showcases our products, and resonates with our audience. This role combines hands-on creative work with team leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive video marketing strategies
• Lead production of high-quality video content including:
  • Product marketing videos
  • Feature showcases
  • Webinar interviews
  • Customer spotlight stories
  • CEO interviews
  • Video ads
  • Sales support reels
• Establish video and motion style guidelines
• Manage in-office studio setup and maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
• Optimize video production workflows and processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of video production or video marketing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects
• Expert-level proficiency in video production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Figma)
• Experience managing video production crews
• Excellent project management and storytelling skills
• Proven track record in end-to-end video production
• Experience setting up production spaces/studios
• Degree or diploma in Film, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
