Executive Assistant

Patreon, the leading platform empowering creators to monetize their work, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our mission of funding the creative class. With over $8B earned by creators, 30M free memberships, and 10M monthly paying fans, we're revolutionizing how creators build sustainable businesses.

This San Francisco-based role follows a hybrid work model (2 days in-office per week) and will directly support our CEO & Co-Founder while working closely with the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and business rhythms proactively
• Handle CEO's inbox and draft correspondence
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff on meeting agendas and presentations
• Take meeting notes and track action items
• Coordinate Executive Team offsites and events
• Manage CEO's business and personal travel arrangements
• Process expenses, receipts, and reimbursements
• Support company-wide initiatives including All Hands meetings and planning sessions
• Celebrate Executive Team milestones

Requirements

• 7+ years EA experience supporting C-level executives in startup/high-growth environments
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Strong judgment and commitment to confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work autonomously and think strategically
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and Notion
• Experience creating and maintaining efficient processes
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
