We're seeking a Director of Programs to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our continued growth.
As Director of Programs, you'll spearhead the development, management, and optimization of cross-functional marketing programs. This role requires a strategic program manager who can execute with precision at scale while partnering with the CMO and marketing leadership team to enhance impact and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize high-impact marketing programs
- Manage end-to-end marketing programs from concept through execution and analysis
- Serve as primary point of contact between marketing and cross-functional teams
- Help define and manage resource allocation and budget needs
- Establish KPIs and metrics for program success
- Develop and standardize marketing best practices across the organization
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing program management or similar roles in B2B tech
- Proven track record developing strategic marketing programs
- Deep expertise in program management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
