We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Strategist in Singapore to develop and execute holistic strategies that drive global brand awareness, market growth, and revenue. You'll work closely with the VP of Global Marketing and other business leaders to shape Airwallex's next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy strategic Marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
Define and track key performance indicators for Marketing initiatives
Manage Marketing budgets in collaboration with Finance
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesive strategy execution
Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Drive organizational design initiatives and own annual planning
Manage executive communication, including quarterly business reviews

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy or Chief of Staff roles
Experience working with top-tier strategy/management consulting firms
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Innovative mindset and ability to work under pressure
Experience in annual planning, budget management, and strategy alignment
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Data analysis and insight generation capabilities
Exceptional presentation and business narrative skills
