Field Marketing Manager Role

We're seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and awareness through strategic event campaigns. You'll orchestrate high-impact field marketing initiatives including executive dinners, hospitality events, roundtables, and regional roadshows.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to generate leads and accelerate sales opportunities
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from ideation to post-event analysis
• Partner with Sales teams to align event goals and audience targeting
• Own lead generation and pipeline targets
• Deliver data-driven reporting to key stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize program effectiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years experience driving sales pipeline in tech/SaaS
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven business acumen with quantitative focus
• Exceptional project management skills
• Self-starter mentality with adaptability
• Decision-making capability in ambiguous situations

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Splash or Livestorm
• Knowledge of Hubspot
• Salesforce proficiency
