Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead

The Role

As our Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you'll drive customer growth by crafting strategic email and in-product messaging campaigns. You'll orchestrate cross-sell and upsell initiatives while ensuring our customers receive the right message at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through strategic cross-sell and upsell campaigns
• Develop and standardize email and in-product touchpoints
• Shape in-product messaging strategy in partnership with the product team
• Collaborate across teams to test and optimize engagement
• Lead program reporting and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• 7+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience (3+ years in B2B Customer retention)
• Expert-level campaign development and measurement skills
• Proficiency with platforms like Intercom, Pendo, and Chameleon
• Strong data analysis and strategic insight capabilities
• Experience with Hubspot/Marketo, SFDC, and project management tools
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills
