Senior Director, Acquisition Marketing

Writer is seeking a dynamic senior digital marketing leader to drive demand generation and revenue growth through strategic, data-driven digital marketing initiatives. As our new Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing, you'll architect and execute high-impact digital strategies across multiple channels, leveraging your expertise to optimize customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies covering SEM, SEO, social, display, and ABM channels
• Optimize full-funnel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI
• Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team with a culture of innovation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with sales and operational objectives
• Leverage data analytics to define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize strategies
• Manage digital media budget allocation and execution
• Architect AI-driven demand generation programs to deliver sales-ready leads

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Located in NYC or SF area
• Proven expertise in top-of-funnel strategies at scale
• Strong skills in SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and Account-based marketing
• Advanced analytical capabilities with data visualization tool proficiency
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
