Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive social media strategy across all channels
• Lead high-profile social media campaigns and activations
• Develop engaging content strategy in collaboration with marketing team
• Build and nurture community engagement across platforms
• Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize social media impact
• Monitor and implement emerging social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital/social marketing
• Proven track record in developing successful social media strategies
• Strategic thinking and ability to align social media goals with business objectives
• Creative mindset for developing innovative campaigns
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Experience in community building and engagement
• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration
• Interest in design and brand guidelines application
