Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to drive our user acquisition strategies and empower our Performance Marketing and Analytics teams with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and ensure proper data validation
• Transform business requirements into analytical reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Design and maintain dashboards, define key metrics, and monitor data integrity
• Analyze marketing results to enhance performance metrics
• Drive data-driven decisions through cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing/Data analyst role
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/etc)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
• Solid mathematical and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
• Understanding of UA funnel (Facebook, Google)
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
