We're seeking a strategic Partnership Manager to develop and implement winning lead generation and partnership strategies in Singapore. You'll work closely with marketing and commercial teams, focusing on measurement, experimentation, and creative excellence to drive Airwallex's next growth phase.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end strategic and community partnerships, especially in e-commerce, trading, and start-up sectors
- Build and strengthen key industry alliances while developing risk mitigation strategies
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experiences
Required Qualities
- Results-driven with strong accountability
- Established network of channel partnerships and contacts
- Creative approach to strategic partnership development
- Expert in partnership management best practices
- Self-motivated with ability to identify and execute new opportunities
- Adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent relationship management skills
Qualifications
- 4+ years in partnership, marketing, or business development
- Experience in tech industry negotiations
- Knowledge of industry associations and bodies
- Proven track record in partnership proposal development
- Tech or start-up experience preferred
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
