Our marketing team, 120 members strong, drives millions of monthly installs and is spearheaded by industry-leading growth experts. We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to elevate our operational excellence and drive strategic marketing initiatives to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership on operational excellence and cross-team collaboration
• Shape and oversee department roadmap execution
• Develop and maintain marketing operations framework
• Implement OKR framework within marketing operations
• Optimize tools and platforms for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing operations or related experience
• Proven track record in improving marketing operational excellence
• Expertise in marketing tools and workflow optimization
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Digital or growth marketing experience
• CRM systems and marketing automation platform knowledge
