Growth Marketing Manager, CRM

As our Korean market matures, we're seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that enhance customer lifetime value and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and optimize performance of CRM campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities throughout the user lifecycle through data analysis
• Design and execute new CRM campaigns and improve existing ones
• Collaborate with Product, Paid Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams for synergistic initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in CRM and growth marketing
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
• Strong understanding of web and mobile marketing dynamics
• Data analysis skills including basic SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, Mode Analysis, Looker, Power BI)
• Excellence in copywriting that aligns with Speak's brand voice
• Business English fluency
