We're seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and drive demand and revenue growth through automated lifecycle campaigns. This role is crucial in building our CRM marketing function, focusing on conversion, activation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute world-class automated campaigns across email, in-app communications, and push notifications
- Leverage customer data and segmentation for personalized communications
- Drive growth metrics including pipeline, revenue, activation, and upsell
- Optimize referral programs and innovate user acquisition strategies
- Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle processes from optimization to analysis
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Rev Ops, and Sales teams
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing/CRM, particularly in B2B SaaS
- Deep knowledge of email landscape, best practices, and growth marketing concepts
- Proficiency with tools like Hubspot and Intercom
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
