We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our presence in the UK/Ireland market.

As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in building a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities across various industries using a multi-channel approach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with natural curiosity and a genuine interest in communications and language technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from DeepL website and marketing activities through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver qualified meetings
  • Manage territory and develop outbound strategies with AEs
  • Achieve monthly meeting and NQP targets
  • Execute high-activity outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generate excitement about DeepL's B2B product suite
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Contribute to a collaborative and energetic team environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months successful sales experience (preferably in SaaS/Inside Sales/SDR/BDR)
  • Strong active listening skills and natural curiosity
  • Growth mindset and ability to give/receive feedback
  • Excellence in time management and prioritization
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for technology sales
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
