• Optimize Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns across platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, and Pmax
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for incremental business growth
• Design and implement strategic A/B and multivariate testing for campaign optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize campaign ROI and performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of Google Ads campaign management experience
• Proven track record managing five-digit monthly budgets
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
• B2 English proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
