We're seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our mission in San Francisco (hybrid schedule, 2 days in-office required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling through Google Calendar
  • Provide proactive schedule management and reminders
  • Coordinate team off-sites and events
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
  • Take meeting notes and track action items
  • Book executive travel and manage speaking engagement requests
  • Handle expense management and reimbursements
  • Support Comms, Marketing, and Creator organizations as capacity allows

Requirements

  • 7+ years EA experience (startup experience preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong discretion and professional judgment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellence in prioritization and follow-through
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Forward-thinking mindset with process creation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Notion
  • Go-to-market team experience a plus
