Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Vanta's customers
• Plan and manage product launch campaigns with performance tracking and optimization
• Develop up-sell and expansion sales plays with post-sales team
• Create compelling content across the customer journey
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance customer communications
• Refine pricing and packaging strategies based on market insights
• Champion customer needs while delivering creative marketing solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong user empathy and ability to adapt communication styles
• Proficiency in data analysis combined with qualitative research skills
• Passion for understanding and explaining complex concepts
